Yeah…. !!! I am happy to share this term – Hygge which many of my Indian does not know about. Hyggie is a Danish word which means a feeling or moment that makes you feel cosy or comfortable.
So , pick up all the things you need for journaling and start writing what gives you Hygge ??? Lets find your hygge !

2. Take this 7 days Hygge challenge , else any one or two activities and enter your feelings in your journal.
3. Enter the things that make you happy. I feel good when I read my old diary, old pics, music,Β dance,Β baking….!
My favourite hygge is cup of coffee, a cake , blanket and a movie ! Which one is yours ????

My hygge have been changed after becoming a mother. Currently they are having a cup of chai, gratitude, a netflix movie or a show.
