Bloom

Think you are at railway station where you witness many people boarding the train. You just get a glimpse of them. Then the train get out of sight. With that passing train, let all your worries, tensions ,anxiety, grudges move away from your life….!!!

It is like letting the balloon fly in the sky , making you feel light and happy….giving your innerself a bloom !!!

Try this before sleeping in your warm cozy bed and see the magic of let it go….! Take this life easy.

How do you let go things ?? Share in comment section. I would love to understand the various techniques.

  1. Wonderful thought…I agree with you here worrying too much or overthinking doesn’t help us but leaving all this heaviness makes us feel light and happy.

The art of letting go, something we all should learn and follow religiously. When we were kids maa use to tell us to pray every night “to lessen the burden of poor and bring happiness for everyone”. I follow this religiously till date 🙂

I am still learning to let it go. Sometime something easily flow away with the short period of time and sometimes it stuck in the mind. I do take a lot of time to let it go but once it is done I feel free like a balloon.

Well, letting go is never easy but surely great for your own good mental health. I try not to cling to the past. Though it’s never easy.

Such a good idea Meenu. Letting go is the most diffucult thing to do but most necessary too.. I guess time helps to a great extent.

It is sure difficult but we all need to learn to let go. Holding on to things does more damage.

Those are interesting analogies but on point. Unless we let go, we do not have space to bloom. All that pain is not worth it.

A good solution for those of us who can’t fall asleep quickly. It’s good to let go and fly.

This is a new concept! Will definitely try this out. I usually use rain and thunder sounds to wash away my days worries and get sleep. I somehow find thunder sounds calming.
