My dear and loving friend, have you ever wondered why most of us struggle so hard to be happy? What makes us feel satisfied? I think we are so trapped in a never ending loop of likes, people’s opinions and all thumbs ups. I feel that when no one sees us, appreciates us or stand with us, we feel worthless. But that is not true. Our true worth is in ourselves. We are whole in all senses. There are different people in the society and they will make you confused. You will not be able to go all kinds of them. So be careful.

Do what makes you happy without hurting anyone. There will be moment when you will doubt yourself, then also keep in the mind that you are loved. The nature treat you in a same way it treats all. Do not seek validation from the people . The people or world around you will keep on changing. They will never ever be same . Situations evolve. So who cares about what people say or think about you.
Today they not be liking you , or have an opinion about you. Tomorrow they will be totally new in new situation. Your inner world will always be with you. Always supporting you in every up and down. It does not judge you.
Whenever you are in a situation where you need an external validation, say these words saying aloud-
- I am enough.
- I am not going to prove myself
- My quiet confidence will win
- I do not need validation.
No one is going to tell your self. You are worthy. If you feel unseen any day, these are reminders to help you recall your self worth.
You are reading these words. You have read this post till here. It means it has been a tough day for you. Do not worry. You are one of a kind, a very special being.
