What is one thing you would change about yourself?


“Me vs. Mornings: A Love Story With No Love.”

This is such an interesting question. When I really sat with it, I realized that if there’s one thing I could change about myself, it would be becoming a morning person. No matter how hard I try or how many alarms I set, waking up early is a real struggle for me. I can stay up late and finish all my tasks at night with no problem, yet I still feel like early mornings have a special kind of power that I’m missing out on.

Maybe it’s the health benefits, or maybe it’s the freshness of the mind in those quiet early hours. Mornings seem to give people a head start—they can plan their day better, think more clearly, and set the tone for everything that follows. I truly believe that waking up early can change a person’s life in many positive ways.

That’s just how I feel.
